Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?

WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, OpenCart, Voog, Wix Stores, Squarespace and custom solutions. For each platform we find the right way to implement dataLayer and events — via plugin, app or custom integration.

How is the exact purchase value measured?

The purchase event sends the full order amount, currency, products with names, categories and order ID to GA4 and ad platforms. If needed, we can subtract VAT/shipping so that ad platforms see net revenue — that gives better Smart Bidding results.

How to handle returned orders?

Returns we process via refund event in GA4 and Meta, which automatically reduces conversion value. Alternatively we can set it up so that actual revenue syncs in a Looker Studio report with your CRM/accounting — depends on the need.

Does Google Ads see the correct value of each purchase?

Yes. We set up Google Ads conversions so that each purchase event sends the actual monetary value (not a fixed "€10"). This is critical for Smart Bidding — the algorithm directly optimizes for revenue, not just count of purchases.

How long does e-commerce conversion setup take?

WooCommerce: 1–2 days for a typical store. Shopify: 1–2 days. Custom solutions: 2–5 days, depending on dataLayer complexity. Premium package with Server-Side: 3–5 business days.

What access is needed per platform?

WooCommerce/WordPress: Administrator role. Shopify: Store owner or Staff member privacy + apps. Magento/PrestaShop: developer admin access. Plus Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager account access.
