2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

a) Analytics (cookies): With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager. We collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on buttons and contact links (phone, email), approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. For this we use the cookies _ga and _ga_G2X9TSZ4Z1.

b) Contact form data: When you fill in our contact form, we collect the data you provide (name, email, message and anything else you enter) in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Analytics — purpose: to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Contact form and responding to enquiries — purpose: to communicate with a potential client and provide a service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

We use Google Consent Mode v2. No analytics cookies are set before your consent. Through the cookie banner you can grant or decline consent. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Transfers to third countries

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, but data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and in accordance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained in GA4 for up to 14 months. Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to perform any resulting contract.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data; request its correction or erasure; restrict processing; object to processing; withdraw consent; receive your data in a portable format. For requests, write to: info@conversiontracking.ee.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
